某高层商住楼部分框支-剪力墙结构设计

[摘要]采用SATWE,MIDAS软件,对某高层商住楼进行计算分析,介绍了传力直接明确、传力路径清晰的梁式转换复杂高层部分框支-剪力墙结构,通过分析计算和采取构造措施避免了框支梁上墙体超筋,框支梁梁端采用抗剪钢板以提高其抗剪承载力,在框支柱中设置芯柱以提高其延性和变形能力,并给出了关键节点具体施工构造详图,同时对施工控制注意事项做了一些规定。

Structural design of the partial frame-supported shear wall structure for a high-rise commercial building

Abstract: Analysis and calculation were carried out on a high-rise commercial building using programs of SATWE and MIDAS. The complex high-rise partial frame-supported shear wall structure with beam transmission, which had direct and clear pathways for force conversion, was introduced. Through the analysis and calculation as well as structural measures, the over-reinforced situation of shear wall above the frame-supported beam was avoided. Shear steel plates were used in frame-supported beam ends to improve the shear capacity. Core columns were set in the frame-supported column to improve its ductility and deformation capacity. Specific detailed drawings for construction details were provided for key nodes. The key points needed to be considered in construction control were introduced.
