船厂工业地坪力学性能对比试验研究*

[摘要]为了解船厂工业地坪的实际力学性能与使用状态,采用场地试验研究方法,对目前造船基地中常用的三类地坪:沥青混凝土地坪、联锁块地坪、钢筋混凝土地坪开展静力加载试验研究,分析地坪结构层及地基在荷载作用下的应力、应变和沉降变形等规律。研究结果表明,沥青混凝土地坪整体刚度小,面层应力扩散能力差,荷载作用下地基的沉降变形破坏类似冲切变形破坏;联锁块地坪本身具有一定的刚度,但在加载后期变形仍明显;钢筋混凝土地坪的整体刚度最优,面层的应力扩散能力强,地坪面层的受力状态比较接近于板式构件的受力状态。在此基础上综合分析了地坪各层附加压应力及地坪层扩散角的变化趋势。

Comparison test study on mechanical property of  shipyard industrial floor

Abstract: In order to understand the mechanical properties and use state of large shipyard industrial floor, the static loading field tests were processed on three shipyard floor in common use, including asphalt concrete floor, interlocking block floor and reinforced concrete floor. The laws of compressive stress, strain and settlement deformation in different floor structure layers under the loading were studied. Test results show that the asphalt concrete floor, which has small overall stiffness and bad stress dispersion, suffers the settlement deformation similar to the punching failure deformation. The interlocking block floor has a certain stress diffusion capacity, but also has obvious deformation in the later period of loading. The reinforced concrete floor has the best overall stiffness and stress dispersion, the stress state of which is closed to plate member. Based on the experimental data, the variation trends of additional compressive stress of different layers and stress dispersion angle of the floor were studied.
