某地下室上浮开裂的处理与研究

[摘要]针对昆明市某地下室上浮开裂事故,对地下室上浮的原因进行了分析。分析结果表明,地下室上浮的主要原因为施工停止基坑降水后未能及时回填土以及抗浮设计水位不合理。依据新抗浮设计水位,进行了原结构抗浮设计复核;并依据复核结果,提出了三种抗浮方案,通过此三种抗浮方案的比较分析,得出了最优抗浮方案,采用此方案施工后工程实际效果良好。

Treatment and research of the floating up and cracking problems of a basement

Abstract: In the light of the floating up and cracking accidents of a basement in Kunming, the floating up reasons of the basement were analyzed. The analysis results show that the main reason of the floating up of the basement is that the soil fails to be timely backfilled into foundation pit after the foundation pit dewatering, and that the anti-floating design water level is unreasonable. According to the new anti-floating design water level, the anti-floating design review was carried out on original structure. According to the review results, three kinds of anti-floating schemes were put forward. Through the comparison and analysis of these three
schemes, an optimal anti-floating scheme was obtained and the actual effect of the project was good after adopting this scheme in construction.
