高强钢焊接工字梁整体稳定性能分析

[摘要]高强钢因其良好的材料性能已在建筑结构和桥梁结构中得到成功应用,但是我国尚未颁布相应的设计规范。同时鉴于国内鲜有针对高强钢梁整体稳定性能的研究成果,建立高强钢焊接工字梁的有限元模型,分析初始几何缺陷、残余应力、钢材强度等级、截面高宽比、荷载类型和截面形式对高强钢焊接工字梁整体稳定承载力的影响。结果表明,钢材强度等级越高,初始几何缺陷和残余应力对高强钢焊接工字梁整体稳定承载力的影响越小。建议了高强钢焊接工字梁整体稳定系数计算式。

Investigation on overall buckling behavior of high strength steel welded I-beams

Abstract: High strength steel has been applied in the buildings and bridges successfully because of its good material properties. However, the corresponding design codes are not established. In view of few domestic research achievements of overall buckling behavior of high strength steel welded I-beams, the finite element analyses were performed. The effects on overall buckling capacity of high strength steel welded I-beams caused by the initial geometric imperfection, the residual stress, strength class of steel, section height-width ratio, load type and section form were investigated. The results indicate that the increasing in strength classes of steel results in the decreasing of the effects on overall buckling capacity of high strength steel welded I-beams caused by the initial geometric imperfection and the residual stresses. The calculation fomula for overall buckling coefficient of high strength steel welded I-beams is suggested.
