再生混凝土梁正截面开裂弯矩分析与试验研究

(1 南京航空航天大学土木系,南京 210016; 2 连云港市交通局,连云港 222000)[摘要]在基本假定的基础上,分析了再生混凝土梁正截面开裂弯矩理论计算模式。进行了27根再生混凝土梁和3根普通混凝土梁的正截面开裂弯矩试验。试验表明,相同条件下再生混凝土梁开裂弯矩比普通混凝土梁的小25%左右。根据试验结果分析了混凝土强度和纵筋配筋率对再生混凝土梁开裂弯矩的影响,回归出再生混凝土梁正截面抵抗矩塑性系数,从而建立了再生混凝土梁正截面开裂弯矩计算公式。应用其他研究者的试验结果对该公式进行了验证,结果表明,建立的再生混凝土梁正截面开裂弯矩计算公式具有较好的适用性。[关键词]再生混凝土;梁;开裂弯矩;计算方法Experimental research on the cracking moment of normal section for recycled concrete beamsWu Jin1, Ding Dongfang2, Yang Xi1(1 Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Nangjing 210016, China; 2 Lianyungang Communication Bureau, Lianyungang 222000, China)Abstract:The model of the cracking moment of normal section for recycled concrete beams is investigated on base of some basic assumptions. The experiment of twenty-seven recycled concrete beams and three ordinary concrete beams is conducted. The experimental results show that the cracking moment of recycled concrete beams about twenty-five percentage is lower than that of ordinary concrete beams. According to the experimental results, the influence of concrete strength and reinforcement ratio on the cracking moment of recycled concrete beams is analyzed, and the plasticity coefficient of section moment of recycled concrete beams is obtained, and the calculating method of cracking moment of recycled concrete beams is established.
