郑州某280m高超高层结构设计

[摘要]郑州某超高层建筑,塔尖高度280m,采用框架-核心筒混合结构体系,充分利用了混凝土核心筒的阻尼和质量特性以及钢材固有的延性吸收和消耗风荷载及地震能量。经分析研究,无须设置伸臂桁架加强层结构即可满足相关规范变形及舒适度要求。本工程存在全楼整体斜柱、核心筒内88m深天井、核心筒高位转换、塔尖反光器特殊张弦结构等特点,采用性能化设计方法进行设计,结构核心筒底部加强区的性能目标为中震不屈服。通过弹性及弹塑性时程分析,找到了结构的薄弱部位并采取型钢、钢筋斜撑等措施予以加强,使结构的性能目标得以实现。

Structural design on a 280m super high-rise building in Zhengzhou

Abstract: The super high-rise building in Zhengzhou with spire height of 280m adopts mixed structural system of frame-corewall. The damping and quality characteristics of the concrete corewall and the inherent ductility of the steel are used to absorb and dissipate the wind load and seismic energy. Through analysis and research, the structure could fulfill the requirements of deformation and comfort in relevant codes without setting the reinforcing layers of outriggers. The performance-based  design method was used considering characteristics of inclined columns existing in the whole building, 88m-deep courtyard in corewall, high level-transfer in corewall, special beam string structure of spire reflector. Structure performance objective for bottom strengthening area of corewall was not yielding under the fortification earthquake. Through the elastic and elastic-plastic time-history analyses, the weak parts of the structure were found and the measures of section steel and rebar diagonal brace were adopted to strengthen the structure and to fulfill the structural performance objective.
