深圳华侨城大厦结构设计若干问题探讨

[摘要]深圳华侨城大厦属体型复杂的超限高层建筑,采用带斜撑的框架-核心筒结构体系。针对结构设计的若干特点进行介绍,包括型钢分离、偏置的型钢混凝土巨柱设计方法,周边柱、斜撑和腰桁架之间竖向荷载传递路径的选择,楼板在恒载作用下较大的拉应力的释放方法,节点构造,大震和特大震作用下弹塑性时程分析等。分析表明,该结构能够满足预定的性能目标。

Discussion on problems of OCT (Shenzhen) Tower structural design

Abstract: OCT (Shenzhen) Tower is an out-of-code high-rise building with complicated shape, which adopts braced frame-core wall structural system. Some structural design characteristics were introduced including the design method of huge steel reinforced concrete columns with separated and eccentric placed profile steel, the vertical load transmit road selection between perimeter columns, braces and belt trusses, the large tensional stress release method of slab under dead loads, the joint construction and elastic-plastic time-history analysis under the rare earthquake and especially rare earthquake. The analyses show that the structure can fulfil expected seismic performance targets.
