多桩型复合地基设计及工程应用

(1 山东科技大学土木建筑学院,青岛 266510; 2 建研地基基础工程有限责任公司,北京 100013)[摘要]通过对某高层框架结构多桩型复合地基设计,讨论了多桩型复合地基的承载力和沉降计算方法,对两种桩型联合应用的设计方案选择进行了分析,并对最终复合地基的承载力及地基变形进行了计算。计算结果与现场实测一致,满足工程精度要求。说明在某些工程地质条件下联合运用两种不同性状的桩型,可以获得更加合理的地基处理效果。[关键词]多桩型复合地基;承载力;沉降;工程应用Design and engineering application of multi-type-pile composite foundationMao Xiaohui1, Fu Houli1, Su Junyi2(1 College of Civil Engineering and Architecture, Shan Dong University of Science and Technology, Qingdao 266510, China; 2 Jian Yan Foundation Engineering Co., Ltd., Beijing 100013, China)Abstract:Through designing a high-rise frame structure with multi-type-pile composite foundation, bearing capacity and settlement calculation methods of multi-type-pile composite foundation are discussed, and design scheme selection of two type piles with different characters is analyzed. The results of final composite foundation bearing capacity and settlement calculation based on the engineering practice are consistent with that of the field test and meet the need of the engineering accuracy.
