马拉维国家体育场结构设计

[摘要]马拉维国家体育场结构分为看台和钢结构屋盖两部分。看台属于超长结构,采用钢筋混凝土框架结构体系;钢结构屋盖采用立体拱桁架+联系桁架结构体系。钢结构屋盖拱脚支墩采用重力式天然基础,并配合预应力钢丝束与看台底板拉结,通过基础底部的摩擦力、支墩背部的被动土压力以及预应力钢丝束拉力共同抵抗钢结构屋盖内外拱的水平推力,其中支墩背部的被动土压力作为结构安全贮备。通过合理设计钢结构屋盖拱脚支墩的平面形状使钢结构屋盖内外拱的拱脚水平推力与基础底板拉力的合力点位于墩台的形心位置,从而使拱脚基础反力均匀布置。对钢结构屋盖进行了恒载+满跨活载工况和恒载+半跨活载工况下的稳定性分析,对关键节点进行了精细化有限元分析。结果表明,钢结构屋盖的整体稳定性和节点承载力均满足设计要求。

Structural design of Malawi National Stadium

Abstract: Malawi National Stadium is divided into stand and steel structure roof. The stand is a super-long reinforced concrete frame structure. The upper steel structure roof adopts three-dimensional arch truss and connecting truss structure. Steel structure roof arch foot buttress adopts the gravity type natural foundation, and it is pulled together with stand floor by prestressed steel tendons. The horizontal thrusts of inner and outer arches for steel roof structure are resisted by friction at the foundation base, passive earth pressure of the buttress back, and prestressed steel tendons. The passive earth pressure of the buttress back is taken as structure security reserve. Through reasonable design of the plane shape of the arch foot buttress of steel structure roof, horizontal thrusts of the roof arch foot of inner and outer arches and foundation base tension had the resultant force point located at the centroid position of the buttress, so that the base reaction force of arch foot was uniformly distributed. The stability analysis of the steel structure roof was carried out under the working condition of gravity load and full live load, and gravity load and half live load. Fine finite element analyses of key nodes were carried out. The results show that the overall stability and the nodes bearing capacity of the steel structure roof can meet the design requirements.
