大底盘单塔结构位移比的思考与建议

[摘要]扭转位移比是衡量结构规则性的重要指标,应满足规范的限值要求。常规情况下,通过调整结构布置,减小质心与刚心之间的偏心距,能够减小结构扭转位移比。但是在设计实践中发现,此方法对塔楼偏置的大底盘单塔或类似结构不一定适用。减小质心与刚心之间的偏心距,并不能有效减小裙房层的扭转位移比。回顾了结构位移的计算方法,讨论了刚心与质心的偏心距对结构扭转不规则的影响,提出了剪力中心的概念及计算方法。对于大底盘单塔及类似结构,提出了减小剪心与刚心偏心距,以减小扭转位移比的方法。

Thoughts and suggestions on displacement ratio of a single tower with the large chassis

Abstract: Torsional displacement ratio, which is an important index to measure the structure irregularity, should meet the requirements of design codes. For common structures, the ratio can be reduced by reducing the distance between the mass center and the stiffness center through adjusting the structural layouts. It is found in practice that this method is not necessarily useful for the eccentric single tower with the large chassis or similar structures. The ratio of skirt structures cannot be reduced effectively by reducing the eccentricity of the mass center and the stiffness center. The calculation method of displacement was reviewed, and the influence of the eccentricity on torsional irregularity was discussed. The concept and the calculation method of shear center were proposed. For the single tower structure with the large chassis and similar structures, method was proposed to reduce the torsional displacement ratio through reducing the distance between the shear center and the stiffness center.
