装配整体式剪力墙结构在保障性住房工程中的应用

［摘要］介绍了一栋位于抗震设防烈度为8度区的装配整体式剪力墙结构高层住宅的结构设计。阐释了装配整体式剪力墙结构的整体设计方法，采用多模型对现浇及预制构件进行设计。论述了预制墙板的布置原则并提取多模型中同一部位的内力进行连接验算。总结构件生产和施工过程中的控制要点，其设计成果为装配整体式剪力墙结构在高烈度区的应用提供了示范及推动作用。［关键词］装配整体式混凝土剪力墙结构; 预制混凝土夹心保温外墙板; 连接设计中图分类号：TU375 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1002-848X(2015)18-0059-04
Application of monolithic precast shear wall structure in lowincome housingXu Jiaping(Beijing Institute of Architectural Design, Beijing 100045, China)Abstract: Structural design of a high-rise residential with monolithic precast shear wall structure in 8 seismic precautionary intensity zone was introduced. The whole design method of the monolithic precast shear wall structure was introduced. The cast-in-situ members and precast members were designed with different models. The arrangement rules of the precast panels were discussed and the connection checking calculations were carried out in the same part of different models. The summary of the important control points of member production and construction process during the construction of this kind of structure was conducted. The design results provide a demonstration and promoting role for the application of the monolithic precast concrete shear wall structure in high seismic intensity area.Keywords:monolithic precast concrete shear wall structure; precast concrete sandwich facade panel; connection design
