北京新景商务楼结构设计

[摘要]北京新景商务楼采用钢框架-支撑结构体系,在2~4层东侧悬挑结构设置了两榀2层通高桁架,并向主体结构内延伸了三跨。采用SATWE,MIDAS/Gen软件对结构进行了小震、中震、大震等多工况下的静力分析,采用PKPM-SAUSAGE软件对结构进行了罕遇地震作用下的弹塑性时程分析,并对悬挑结构进行了以竖向地震为主的时程分析补充验算和人行激励下的舒适度验算。结果表明,结构具有良好的抗震性能,在悬挑结构楼板下设置TMD后满足舒适度要求。

Structural design of Beijing Xinjing Commercial Centre

Abstract: Beijing Xinjing Commercial Centre adopts steel frame-bracing structural system. Two pieces of 2-storey trusses are set for east cantilever structure of 2~4 floors. Three spans of the trusses are extended inside the major structure. Programs of SATWE and MIDAS/Gen were adopted to make static analyses of multiple working conditions such as frequent, fortification and rare earthquakes. Program of PKPM-SAUSAGE was adopted to make an elastic-plastic time-history analysis of the structure under the rare earthquake. A supplementary checking calculation for time-history analysis of the cantilever structure focusing on vertical earthquakes was carried out as well as a checking calculation of comfort degree of the cantilever structure induced by human walking. The  results show that the structure represents a favorable seismic performance and the comfort degree requirements are satisfied with TMDs set under the floor of the cantilever structure.
