海口国瑞城B座超高层结构选型及超限分析

[摘要]海口国瑞城B座位于海南省海口市美兰区,抗震设防烈度为8度(0.3g),结构高度149.4m,为高度超限工程,采用了型钢混凝土框架混凝土核心筒混合结构体系。针对工程特点,探讨了结构选型,确定了合理的抗震性能目标,采用了多种程序对结构进行了小震作用反应谱分析及动力时程补充分析、中震不屈服设计,并进行了大震Pushover分析。分析结果表明,结构各项指标合理,整体设计满足设定的性能目标要求。

Structural system selection and out-of-code analysis of B block super high-rise building of Glory City  in Haikou

Abstract: B block super high-rise building of Glory City in Haikou is located in Meilan Distinct, Haikou City, Hainan Province, where the seismic precautionary intensity is 8 degree and the design basic acceleration of ground motion is 0.3g. The building which has the structural height of 149.4m adopts composite structure system of steel reinforce concrete frame and concrete core wall. The height of the building exceeds the Chinese code limit. According to the project characteristics, the structure system selection was discussed, the appropriate seismic performance objectives of the structure were set. Different programs were used to carry out response spectrum calculation and dynamic time-history analysis under the frequent earthquake, non-yielding design under the intermediate earthquake and Pushover analysis under the rare earthquake. Results show that structural indicators are reasonable and the overall structural design satisfies the expected requirements of the performance objectives.
