青岛国际贸易中心结构设计

[摘要]青岛国际贸易中心由3栋超高层建筑和裙房组成,塔楼采用钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒结构体系,强度及变形由风荷载控制。为减小框架柱截面,22层及以下楼层的框架柱采用钢骨混凝土。详细介绍了青岛国际贸易中心A塔结构设计,包括地基基础、上部结构设计及节点构造。采用SATWE,ETABS软件对多遇地震作用下的结构构件强度、刚度、整体稳定性进行分析验算,最后补充了结构在罕遇地震作用下的静力弹塑性(Pushover)分析。分析结果显示,工程整体抗侧性能较好,扭转影响较小,能满足“小震不坏、中震可修、大震不倒”的三个水准,结构在风荷载作用下是安全的。

Structural design of Qingdao International Trade Center

Abstract: Qingdao International Trade Center is composed of three super high-rise buildings and relevant podium. The tower building adopts reinforced concrete frame-core wall structural system, the strength and deformation of the tower are controlled by wind load. In order to reduce the cross-sections of frame columns, steel reinforced concrete columns are used in 22th floor and below. The structural design of the A tower in Qingdao International Trade Center was introduced, including the foundation design, the upper structure design and the structural details for nodes. The strength, stiffness and overall stability of the structural members were analyzed and checked under the frequent earthquake using programs of SATWE and ETABS. The static elastic-plastic (Pushover) analysis of the structure under rare earthquake was supplemented. The analysis results show that the overall lateral-resistance performance of the project is good with little torsion effect. The structure can meet the three seismic levels of "not damage under the frequent earthquake, repairable under the fortification earthquake and not collapse under the rare earthquake". And the structure is safe under the wind load action.
