乌鲁木齐宝能城1-02#楼超高层钢结构设计

[摘要]乌鲁木齐宝能城最高塔楼结构高度为275.4m,采用框架-支撑内筒的钢结构体系,并采用防屈曲支撑、连梁阻尼器等消能减震措施。介绍了结构体系的特点,针对结构的超限情况提出了相应的抗震加强措施。采用多种软件分析结构在不同地震水准作用下的弹性或弹塑性响应。介绍了结构设计中的几个关键问题,包括外框与内筒的地震力分配比例、中震附加阻尼比、大跨度楼盖的舒适度。分析结果显示,结构的各项指标均满足相关规范要求,能够实现“大震不倒”的设防目标。

Super high-rise steel structural design on Baonengcheng 1-02# building in Urumqi

Abstract: The highest tower of Baonengcheng project in Urumqi, which has structural height of 275.4m, adopts structural system of steel outer-frame and steel corewall with brace with energy dissipation measures of buckling-restrained brace and coupling beam damper. The feature of structural system was introduced, and seismic strengthening measures were proposed for corresponding out-of-code conditions. Several programs were used to analyze the elastic and elastic-plastic responses of the structure under earthquakes of different levels. Some specialized analyses were introduced, including allocation proportion of the earthquake force between outer frame and corewall, additional damping ratio under fortification earthquake and  comfort design of the largespan floor. The results show that all performances of the structure can meet the requirements of codes, and the seismic performance target of “not collapse under the rare earthquake” can be fulfilled.
