北京丽泽商务区鼎兴大厦结构设计

[摘要]北京丽泽商务区鼎兴大厦由A,B座塔楼和A,B区裙房四部分组成,其中A,B座塔楼结构高度分别为137.4,118.8m。A座塔楼采用由型钢混凝土框架钢筋混凝土核心筒组成的框架-核心筒混合结构体系,B座塔楼采用钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒结构体系,A区裙房与B区裙房在2层设连廊相连。2座塔楼和裙房均采用了天然地基,通过对地基基础进行细致的差异沉降计算,充分利用了较好的地基持力层。针对A座塔楼采用SATWE,MIDAS/Building软件进行弹性反应谱分析,补充了弹性时程分析以及静力弹塑性分析。采用MIDAS/Gen软件计算各层大悬挑结构在竖向地震作用下的反应,提出了结构改进措施和设计思路。对连廊钢桁架的承载力、变形以及舒适度等指标进行验算,结果表明各项指标满足规范要求。最后依据连廊滑动铰支座在设防地震作用下的反力和罕遇地震作用下的位移进行支座设计。

Structural design of Dingxing building in Lize Business District in Beijing

Abstract: Dingxing building in Lize Business District of Beijing is composed of tower A and B, podium A and B. The structural heights of tower A and B are 137.4m and 118.8m respectively. Tower A adopts steel reinforced concrete frame-reinforced concrete core wall system, while tower B adopts reinforced concrete frame-core wall system. Podium A and B are connected by a corridor located in the 2nd floor. Natural foundation is used under the two towers and podiums. Detailed calculation of the foundation′s differential settlement was carried out in order to take full advantage of the bearing stratum. Programs of SATWE and MIDAS/Building were applied to tower A to carry out the elastic response spectra analysis. Both elastic time-history analysis and Pushover analysis were accomplished. Under vertical earthquake, MIDAS/Gen software was used to calculate the reaction of the cantilever structure with cantilever conditions on each floor. Improvement measures and design method were proposed. The bearing capacity, deformation and comfort for corridor steel truss were checked. Results show that all indexes can meet code requirements. Sliding hinge supports of the corridor were designed based both on reaction forces under fortification earthquake and displacements under rare earthquake.
