中国尊大厦巨型柱分叉节点性能研究

[摘要]中国尊大厦采用多腔钢管混凝土巨型柱,在7层一分为二,形成分叉节点。该分叉节点承担的荷载巨大,且转换桁架与巨型斜撑均在此交汇,构件连接关系复杂,振动台试验亦表明该节点为结构的薄弱部位。通过有限元分析及1∶12缩尺试验对该分叉节点从构造与受力性能等方面进行专门的研究。该节点采取了分腔板和面板等主要竖向受力板贯通,设置了竖向加劲肋和水平隔板,以及在各腔体内布置了钢筋芯柱等构造措施。验证了该节点在中震弹性与大震不屈服抗震性能目标下的可靠性。

Performance study on branching node of mega column in China Zun Tower

Abstract: Multi-cavity concrete filled steel tubular column is used in mega columns of China Zun Tower. The branching nodes are set at 7th floor, which split the mega column into two parts. The branching node of the mega column bear huge loading. The mega braces and transfer trusses intersect at these nodes further complicate the connection relation of structural elements. The shaking table tests demonstrate that such node is the weak part of the structure. A special study for the branching node of the structure and the mechanical properties was done via finite element analysis and 1∶12 scale model tests. Structural details of the branching node were adopted including penetrating the cavity plate, panel and other major vertical plates, setting the vertical stiffening and horizontal baffle, arranging vertical and horizontal steel reinforcements in each concrete cavity. The reliability of the branching node was verified under the seismic performance targets of keeping elastic under the fortification earthquake and not yielding under the rare earthquake.
