金属屋面板风吸力下变形特性研究*

[摘要]以直立锁边金属屋面板为研究对象,根据连接情况将其简化为一对边简支、一对边自由矩形薄板进行理论计算分析;进而建立足尺模型,准确描述直立锁边金属屋面板几何结构和连接方式,通过进行静力有限元分析,得到了不同风吸力下直立锁边金属屋面板挠度和应力分布情况,并与理论计算值和试验值进行对比。分析结果表明,有限元分析结果与实际情况更为接近,由于其快速、直观,可作为大量重复性试验的替代和补充方案。[关键词]金属屋面板; 变形特性; 理论计算; 有限元分析中图分类号:TU311 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1002-848X(2015)17-0087-05

A full-scale model was set up to accurately describe the geometric structure and connection mode of the standing seam metal roof panel. Through the static finite element analysis, deflection and stress distribution of the standing seam metal roof panel under different wind uplift loadings were obtained and compared with the theoretical calculation values and test values. Analyses results show that finite element analysis results are closer to the results of the actual situation. Due to properties of fast and intuitive, finite element analysis can be a alternative or complementary scheme for a large number of repetitive tests.Keywords: metal roof panel; deformation characteristic; theoretical calculation; finite element analysis
