多孔砖砌体房屋抗震性能的理论分析及工程实践

[摘要]分析了砖混房屋中墙体正应力与墙体受剪承载力的相互关系和相互作用,对减轻建筑物总重量有利于砖混建筑抗震这一论点给出了理论证明,提出了稳妥快速推广设计应用烧结多孔砖砌体房屋的原则和方法,以一个六层DP3型烧结多孔砖住宅工程实例为背景,对烧结多孔砖砖混建筑的发展方向作了探讨。

Abstract: The mutual relation and interaction between wall stress and wall shear bearing capacity in masonry-concrete building were analyzed. The argument was proved that reducing building weight benefits seismic performance of masonry-concrete structure building. The principle and method for rapidly applying fired perforated brick masonry building were provided. A 6-storey DP3-styled fired perforated brick residence was taking as practical engineering to discuss the development outlook of fired perforated brick masonry building.
