某高层建筑桩基础超常沉降抢险加固及原因分析

[摘要]温州市某采用桩基础的高层建筑在使用6年后突然出现超常沉降。介绍了该工程采用卸载和锚杆静压钢管桩相结合的抢险加固过程。计算和调查分析结果表明,桩基础承载力严重不足是造成该工程超常沉降的最主要原因;同时,该工程还存在结构选型不合理、施工质量差、使用不当等方面的问题;台湾台东地震和大旱引起的水位下降也对该工程桩基础的承载能力造成一定影响。

Emergency reinforcement of pile foundation and analysis of extraordinary settlement of a high-rise building

Abstract:A sudden extraordinary settlement occured after a high-rise building with pile foundation has been used for six years in Wenzhou.  The process of emergency reinforcement with unloading and steel pipe pile jacked by anchor bolt was introduced. Calculation and analysis show that the serious shortage of bearing capacity of pile foundation is the main reason for the extraordinary settlement. There are other problems with the building such as the unreasonable selection of structure scheme,the poor quality of construction and the improper use, etc. Taitung earthquake in Taiwan and the declining of water-level caused by droughts in Wenzhou have also affected the bearing capacity of pile foundation.
