杭州某高层建筑墙柱整体置换设计

[摘要]杭州某高层建筑,地上25层、地下1层,采用框架-剪力墙结构,主体结构已封顶。由于混凝土材料原因,17层柱、墙及18层梁的混凝土实际强度未达到设计要求,经专家论证,问题楼层须进行整体置换。通过设置临时钢支撑,分批置换混凝土竖向构件和水平构件,达到问题构件全部置换的目的,并通过了权威机构质量安全鉴定,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。

Entire replacement design of wall and column in a high-rise building in Hangzhou

Abstract: A high-rise building in Hangzhou, which has 25 floors over ground and one floor underground, adopts frame-shear wall structure. The major structure was finished. However, for the reason of concrete material, the actual strength of column and wall in 17th floor as well as girder in 18th floor did not meet the requirements of the design. According to the examining report, the floors with problems need to be replaced entirely. By setting up the temporary steel support and replaced vertical member and horizontal member of concrete in batches, the unqualified member can be replaced entirely. The project has passed the safety appraisal of quality by authority, which achieves good economical and social benefits.
