高层住宅建筑中应急避难间结构设计对策

[摘要]结合某实际高层住宅建筑项目,对其户型中设置应急避难间结构设计相关的关键技术与措施进行了研究,重点就抗爆、防火结构设计时荷载的确定方法、结构及构件的设计方法与加强措施进行了探讨,并验证了结构的防连续倒塌能力,给出了高层住宅建筑中应急避难间结构设计与构造措施建议。

Structural design measures for emergency refuge rooms in high-rise residential building

Abstract: Key structural design techniques and measures were studied based on emergency refuge rooms within a practical high-rise residential building. The determination of loads, design methods for structure and members, and strengthening measures in anti-explosion and fire designs were discussed in details. Progressive collapse analysis was accomplished to verify the anti-progressive collapse ability of the building. The recommendations on structural design and structural details on emergency refuge rooms of high-rise residential building were provided.
