深圳物流中心综合楼超限高层结构设计

[摘要]深圳物流中心综合楼属体型复杂且具有多项不规则的超限高层结构,5层及以上均设有多重连体,连接体分别采用钢桁架结构和钢筋混凝土结构。针对该超限高层建筑进行了结构弹性、弹塑性分析和一些不规则项的专项分析、抗连续倒塌分析。分析结果表明,选取的结构体系、结构性能满足抗震设防性能目标的要求。

Structural design on the ultra-limit highrise complex building of Shenzhen Logistics Center

Abstract: The complex building of Shenzhen Logistics Center is a ultra-limit high-rise building with complex formation and many irregularities. Multiple connections were equipped in and above the fifth storey. The connections are steel truss structure and reinforced concrete structure respectively. Structural elastic analysis, elastic-plastic analysis, specific analysis for some irregularities, resistance of progressive collapse analysis were carried out for the ultra-limit high-rise building. Analysis results show that the choice of structural system and the structural performance can meet the requirements of the seismic fortification targets.
