前滩企业天地超高层结构设计

[摘要]前滩企业天地结构高度为127.5m,采用纯钢框架-支撑结构体系,对该项目方案选型、计算参数选取及整体计算分析需注意的问题分别进行了阐述。采用SATWE和MIDAS/Gen两种软件对结构进行整体计算分析,分析结果表明,结构动力特性基本一致,周期比、层间位移角及位移比等均能满足规范要求。选用3条地震波对结构进行弹性时程分析,分析结果表明,可按CQC法进行弹性分析。结构在罕遇地震下静力弹塑性分析及风振作用下舒适度计算均满足相关规范要求。

Super high-rise structural design of the Foreshore Enterprise Plaza building

Abstract: With structural height of 127.5m, the Foreshore Enterprise Plaza building adopts steel frame-braced structural system. It illustrates the structural system selection, calculation coefficients selection and overall calculation analysis by using SATWE and MIDAS/Gen, which were specialized in overall structural analyses. The results prove that structural dynamic behaviors are roughly the same. The period ratio, inter-story drift angle and displacement ratio meet requirements of the codes. Three seismic waves were involved in elastic time-history analysis and results show that CQC method is suitable for elastic analysis. The Pushover analysis under the rare earthquake can meet the requirements of related codes. Wind-induced analysis results indicate that the structural comfort is satisfied as well.
