广州地区250m高钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒结构加强层设置探讨

[摘要]设置加强层对于结构的受力特性及破坏特征有较大影响,因此加强层的设置合理与否对于实际工程的意义重大。对一栋250m高的钢筋混凝土框架核心筒结构在不同楼层设置加强层的方案进行建模,并对结构进行小震弹性反应谱法分析、大震静力弹塑性分析及经济效益分析,从结构的抗震性能与经济效益的双重角度得出250m高钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒结构的加强层设置结论与建议。

Analysis on strengthened storey setting of 250m high reinforced concrete frame-core tube structures in Guangzhou area

Abstract: Because the strengthened storey setting has great effect on the mechanical feature and failure characteristic of structures, hence, whether the strengthened storey setting is rational or not is significant to project in practice. The models of a 250m high reinforced concrete frame-core tube structure with strengthened storey in different storeys were built and analyzed by using response spectrum method under frequent earthquake and Pushover method under rare earthquake respectively as well as the economic benefits. Conclusions and suggestions for the setting of strengthened storey to 250m high reinforced concrete frame-core tube structures were got from the respects of structural seismic performance and economic benefits.
