我国高层及超高层建筑的剪重比

[摘要]对我国《建筑抗震设计规范》(GB 50011—2010)及《高层建筑混凝土结构技术规程》(JGJ 3—2010)关于剪重比限值的规定进行了讨论,说明了剪重比限值的重要性,指出了现行规范剪重比限值规定的不足之处。搜集了我国196栋已建或在建的高层及超高层建筑的设计数据,给出了剪重比拟合公式,并以这些研究结果为基础,分析了场地类别、基本自振周期等因素对高层及超高层建筑剪重比的影响。[关键词]高层建筑; 超高层建筑; 剪重比; 基本自振周期; 场地类别; 设计地震分组中图分类号:TU973 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1002-848X(2015)17-0001-04

The importance of the requirement of shear-gravity ratio was illustrated. The deficiencies about the requirement of shear-gravity ratio in current specifications were summarized. The data of 196 constructed or under-constructed high-rise and super high-rise buildings were collected. The fitting formula for shear-gravity ratio was presented.
