受周边多塔楼约束的某地下车库的抗浮加固处理

(同济大学结构工程与防灾研究所,上海 200092)[摘要]以受周边多塔楼约束的某地下车库发生的上浮事故为工程背景展开调查分析,总结出地下车库上浮的原因,并采用ANSYS软件对地下车库进行整体建模计算,考虑周边高层建筑的约束对地下车库抗浮的有利影响,在模型中把高层建筑与地下车库连接处按固定端处理。提出了在地下车库内增设抗拔桩和剪力墙的加固方案,计算结果显示,增设剪力墙后桩基所受上拔力大幅度降低。并对开裂受损的构件采用有效的加固措施,加固效果良好。[关键词]多塔楼;地下车库;抗浮;加固Reinforcement treatment in floating resistance of an underground garage constrained by multi-towers aroundLai Ying, Jin Guofang(Research Institute of Structural Engineering and Disaster Reduction, Tongji University, Shanghai 200092, China)Abstract:Investigation and analysis were carried out for the floating upward of an underground garage which constrained by multi-towers around. The reasons for the floating upward of the garage were summed up,and the model of underground garage was calculated by ANSYS finite element software. Considering the favorable effect of peripheral high-rise buildings, the junction between high-rise buildings and underground garage was fixed in the model. The reinforcement scheme which add tension piles and shear walls in the garage was put forward. The calculation results show that the uplift load of the pile greatly reduced after adding shear walls.
