体外预应力加固石梁受弯性能试验研究*

[摘要]为研究体外预应力技术对石质构件的加固效果,对6个足尺石梁进行了受弯性能试验研究,其中3个为未加固对比石梁,主要分析了石梁的破坏形态及受弯承载能力。试验结果表明:加固后石梁的极限承载能力有所提高,变形能力有所改善;石材开裂后,由于预应力钢绞线的作用,石梁仍有一定的承载能力,即承载力裕量。最后提出了加固石梁受弯承载力的简化计算公式,对实际加固修复工程有一定的指导意义。

Experimental study on flexural behavior of stone beams strengthened with external prestressing

Abstract: In order to study the strengthening effect of external prestressing technology on stone structural elements, the experimental study on flexural behaviors of six full-scale stone beams was carried out including three beams unreinforced as comparisons. The failure modes and the flexural capacity were mainly analyzed. The experimental results show that the ultimate bearing capacity and deformation capacity of the strengthened stone beams are improved to some extent. After cracking, the strengthened stone beams still have certain bearing capacity because of the action of prestressing strands, namely bearing capacity margin. The simplified flexural capacity calculation formula of the strengthened stone beams was proposed and it has been certain guiding significance to the actual reinforcement engineering.
