矩形钢管混凝土组合柱框架-支撑结构体系住宅设计

[摘要]沧州福康家园6#楼结构高度为53.2m,采用矩形钢管混凝土组合柱框架-支撑结构体系。为保证结构设计分析的准确性,分别选用MIDAS/Gen,YJK,ETABS三种软件进行计算,对风荷载和多遇地震作用下的主要分析结果进行对比。计算结果表明,三种软件的计算结果基本一致,结构的周期比、层间位移角、楼层剪力与侧向刚度等均满足规范要求。选用三条地震波对结构进行弹性动力时程分析补充计算得出的基底剪力包络值小于采用振型分解反应谱法的计算结果,设计取二者包络值。对结构设计中遇到的关键问题和重要节点设计进行了探讨。

Abstract: The Tower 6 of Fukang Jiayuan in Cangzhou is a 53.2m high structure with the structural system of concrete-filled rectangular steel tubular composite columns frame-bracing. To guarantee the accuracy of structural design, programs such as MIDAS/Gen, YJK and ETABS were used to analyze the structure performance under wind load and frequent earthquake.The results of three programs all consistently show that the period ratio, inter-story drift ratio, story shear force and lateral stiffness can meet the requirement of codes.The envelope value of base shear force determined by analysis of elastic time-history action by three seismic waves is smaller than the results of response spectrum analysis.The key problems and important joint designs in structural design were introduced.
