某厂房振动耦合分析及结构加固

(1 广西大学,南宁 530004; 2 广西华蓝设计(集团)有限公司,南宁 530011)[摘要]某工业厂房结构自振频率与某阶设备激振模态频率较接近,导致结构产生共振现象,影响厂房正常运行,危害结构安全。通过现场动态检测和计算机仿真分析,掌握结构的振动特性。对模态频率的振动耦合现象进行分析并提出优化加固方法,取得明显效果。[关键词]振动耦合;动态测试;仿真分析;结构加固Analysis on vibration coupling effect and structural strengthening of a mill buildingLi Pining1,2, Peng Wenli1(1 Guangxi University, Nanning 530004, China; 2 Guangxi Hualan Architectural Design & Consulting Group, Nanning 530011, China)Abstract:Resonance is caused in a mill building because the mode frequency of the structure is similar to the excitation frequency, which has influence on normal operation of facilities and will cause the building in danger. The dynamical testing for the building and computational simulation analysis are carried out, and the structural vibration characteristics are obtained. Based on displacement control, vibration coupling effect of model frequency is analyzed.
