厦门东海火炬科技园S3#楼空间弯扭构件自动化数据处理方法研究

[摘要]厦门东海火炬科技园S3#楼存在大量空间弯扭构件,结构的分析计算、图纸表达都非常复杂。针对等截面弯扭构件及变截面弯扭构件分别采用控制点坐标+截面方向向量表示法和控制点坐标表示法,实现了等截面弯扭构件及变截面弯扭构件的图纸表达。通过编制自动化的数据处理及传递程序,实现了数据由建筑模型到结构分析计算模型及结构图纸表达模型的自动化传递,并通过多个数据检验环节,有效地保证了数据的准确性。

Research on automatic data processing method of spatial and flexural-torsional components of S3# building in Donghai Torch Science Park in Xiamen

Abstract: There are many flexural-torsional components in S3# building of Donghai Torch Science Park in Xiamen. Both of the analysis and calculation of this structure and drawing expression are very complicated. The expression method named control points coordinates and section′s direction vector was used for flexural-torsional components with constant section, and the expression method named control points coordinates was used for flexural-torsional components with variable sections. By the above methods, construction drawings of the flexural-torsional components with constant section and variable sections were completed. Data were transferred automatically from architectural modal to analysis model and drawing expression modal by compiling automatic data processing and data validation program. And data veracity was verified by several steps of data inspection.
