再生轻骨料自密实混凝土力学和耐久性能研究*

[摘要]利用陶粒和以废砖颗粒为主的建筑垃圾制备再生轻骨料自密实混凝土,采用单因素法研究了不同粉煤灰掺量、水胶比、建筑垃圾取代量对混凝土工作性能和强度的影响,在此基础上得出最优配合比;并测试了最优配合比混凝土的耐久性与导热系数。试验结果表明:粉煤灰的掺量占胶凝材料总量的30%左右、建筑垃圾颗粒掺量为总质量的40%时,混凝土的品质最好;并且通过调整水胶比的值,能有效减小建筑垃圾带来的弱化作用。

Study on mechanical property and durability of recycled lightweight aggregate self-compacting concrete

Abstract: Recycled lightweight aggregate self-compacting concrete was produced by ceramsite and construction waste mainly including waste brick granules. Optimum mix proportion was obtained using the single factor method to study influences of different fly ash, ratio of water-binder and construction waste replacement on the workability and strength of concrete. And the durability properties and thermal conductivity of the concrete with optimal mix ratio were tested. The result indicates that it can get best concrete quality with about 30% fly ash in the total cementitious materials and 40% construction waste aggregate in total weight. And it can effectively reduce the weakening effect of construction waste by adjusting the water-binder ratio.
