长沙世茂塔楼基础设计研究

[摘要]主要介绍了长沙世茂塔楼基础设计的关键技术,包括采用带扩大头的人工挖孔桩,应用椭圆形桩来优化桩的布置,采用有限元软件ETABS分析基础筏板的内力以及布桩荷载的取值等。结果表明,合理的桩布置可以优化基础设计;布桩时竖向荷载取值应考虑水平力产生的不利作用。另外,对人工挖孔桩的施工注意事项进行了阐述。

Research on foundation design of Changsha Shimao tower

Abstract: The main technical issues on the foundation design of Changsha Shimao tower were introduced, such as adopting manually excavated pile with expanding head, applying oval-shaped piles to optimize pile layout, adopting FEA software ETABS to analyze the internal forces of raft foundation, as well as determination of values of pile loadings. The results show that  reasonable arrangement of the pile can optimize the foundation design. It is also indicated that the negative effect of horizontal force should be taken into consideration in vertical loading value determination in pile layout. In addition, construction items of manual excavated pile were also presented.
