临沂市民中心超限高层结构设计

[摘要]临沂市民中心项目采用框架-剪力墙结构,存在扭转不规则、楼板局部不连续、凹凸不规则、侧向刚度不规则,属于复杂超限高层建筑。结构的抗震设计依据安评报告和规范的对比结果即小震取较不利情况,中、大震取抗规参数乘以小震下安评与规范加速度比值,同时对主体结构进行小震弹性、中震不屈服、大震弹塑性分析。结合楼板应力分析结果,针对性地采取楼板加强措施,重点阐述了边跨或中部单跨框架、收进部位周边竖向构件的相应处理措施。

Design of an out-of-code high-rise structure of Linyi Citizen Center

Abstract: Linyi Citizen Center project adopts the frame shear wall structure, and there are torsion irregularity, floor partial discontinuity, concave and convex irregularity and lateral stiffness irregularity. The structure belongs to the complicated out-of-code high-rise building. The seismic design of the structure is based on the comparison of the safety evaluation report and the standard, small earthquake to take a more unfavorable situation, medium and large earthquake to take a multiply by the safety evaluation report and the standard acceleration ratio under small earthquakes. The elastic analysis of main body structure under the frequent earthquake, non-yielding analysis under the fortification earthquake and the elastic-plastic analysis under the rare earthquake were performed. Combined with the slab stress analysis results, the floor strengthening measures were taken correspondingly. Corresponding measures on single span frames in side span and middle span were emphasized as well as the surrounding vertical components around setback parts.
