上海某高层再生混凝土结构设计与分析*

[摘要]五角场镇340街坊商业办公用房2A座结构高度45.6m,采用钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒结构体系,3层以上结构构件应用再生混凝土材料,为国内首个采用再生混凝土的高层建筑。结合工程项目背景,介绍工程结构设计中的关键技术问题,包括再生混凝土材料分项系数及其弹性模量取值、再生混凝土强度设计值的确定和构件设计方法、结构设计与分析方法、抗震构造措施,并对再生混凝土的施工验收提出了具体的要求。采用YJK及MIDAS Building两种软件对结构进行了整体计算分析,分析结果表明,两个软件在多遇地震作用下各项指标趋于一致,均满足规范要求。采用SAP2000软件补充了结构在罕遇地震作用下的静力弹塑性分析,分析结果表明结构性能满足预设的抗震性能目标。

Structural design and analysis of a high-rise recycled concrete structure in Shanghai

Abstract: Commercial office building 2A in NO. 340 block in Wujiaochang Town has the structural height of 45.6m with reinforced concrete frame-corewall structural system including recycled concrete adopted in structural members above the third floor. The project is the first high-rise building adopting recycled concrete at domestic. Based on the project background, key technical issues in the structural design were introduced, such as recycled concrete material partial factor and elastic modulus value determination, recycled concrete strength value determination and member design method, structural design and analysis methods and the seismic construction details. In addition, specific requirements for the construction and acceptance of recycled concrete were put forward. The overall structural analysis was carried out by using programs of YJK and MIDAS Building. Analysis results show that the indicators under the effect of requent earthquake by two programs tend to be consistent and meet the requirements of the specifications. The static elasto-plastic analysis of structures under rare earthquake was carried out by using SAP2000, and the results show that the performance of the structure can meet the expected seismic performance goals.
