兰州某中学教学楼隔震加固设计

[摘要]兰州某中学教学楼为四层砖混结构,建于1985年,经鉴定需要对其进行抗震加固。常规加固方法对学校的正常教学影响较大,为尽量减少施工过程中对教学楼的影响,降低综合造价,采用隔震加固方法。依据现行设计规范对其进行隔震加固设计,分析结果表明,该教学楼采用基础隔震进行抗震加固后,可通过降低隔震层上部结构的设防烈度来降低其抗震构造要求,从而满足抗震鉴定标准,达到抗震加固的目的;采用基础隔震加固方法对原教学楼使用功能、内部装修、管线等影响较小,可减少内部装修和管线恢复的费用,施工周期较短,学校可以利用假期完成教学楼的加固施工。

Seismic isolation strengthening design of a middle school teaching building in Lanzhou

Abstract: It is found in seismic appraisal that a four-floor brick-concrete structure teaching building of a middle school in Lanzhou, built in 1985, needs seismic strengthening. The conventional method of strengthening has great influence on the normal teaching activities of the school. To reduce the influence on the building during the construction and the overall cost, the seismic isolation technique was adopted. According to current design criterions, the seismic isolation strengthening design was made. Analysis results indicate that after adoption of the base isolation seismic strengthening in the teaching building, the seismic structural requirements can be reduced through lowering seismic fortification intensity of the upper structure above isolation layer, to meet the standards for seismic appraisal and achieve the purpose of seismic strengthening. The use of base isolation strengthening method of the teaching building has less influence in use function, interior decoration and pipelines. It can also reduce restore costs for interior decoration and pipeline and shorten construction period, so the school can take advantage of the holiday to finish strengthening construction of the teaching building.
