层数对玄武岩纤维布与木材有效粘结长度影响的试验研究

[摘要]进行了33个木材与玄武岩纤维布(BFRP)粘结试件的单剪试验,主要考察粘贴层数对BFRP与木材粘结性能的影响,测量了不同粘贴层数下BFRP与木材界面的应变分布规律。比较了在不同粘贴层数下BFRP与木材之间的极限荷载和粘结应力分布情况,结果表明,随着BFRP粘贴层数的增加,有效粘结长度呈增加趋势,在木材含水率为10%条件下,1,2,3层玄武岩纤维布与木材(福杉)的有效粘结长度分别在100,120,150mm左右;粘贴层数对木材与玄武岩纤维布的极限粘结荷载也有一定影响,随BFRP粘贴层数的增加,极限粘结荷载逐渐增加。

Experimental study on the effective bond length between BFRP sheets and wood under different BFRP bond layers

Abstract:Single shear tests for thirty-three specimens on bond properties between Basalt Fiber Reinforced Polymer(BFRP) sheets and wood were carried out with emphasis on the effect of BFRP bond layers.  The interfacial strain distribution between BFRP sheets and wood was measured. By comparing the ultimate load and the distribution of bond stress between BFRP sheets and wood under different BFRP bond layers, it is concluded that  the effective bond length for wood and one, two, three BFRP bond layers is 100, 120, 150mm or so. With the growth of BFRP bond layers, not only the effective bond length but also the ultimate load between BFRP sheets and wood sheets increase.
