格构钢筋的发展与应用

[摘要]主要介绍了格构钢筋在预制装配式混凝土结构中的发展及应用,对格构钢筋的结构性能、叠合楼板临时支撑以及浇筑混凝土后格构钢筋在叠合楼板水平接缝和竖向拼缝处的作用进行了分析,并着重介绍了利用格构钢筋开发的新型Bubble板体系在应用于大跨度结构时突出的结构优势和经济性。格构钢筋在国外的发展历程反映了其应用的多样性,基于国外对叠合楼板标准化临时支撑体系以及水平接缝、竖向拼缝处楼板的性能研究介绍了叠合楼板的设计方式和注意要点,供以后的应用与研究借鉴和参考。

Development and application of lattice girder

Abstract: The development and application of lattice girder in precast assembly concrete structures was mainly introduced. Structural properties of lattice girder were analyzed as well as the functions of lattice girder in temporary support systems of superimposed floor and in horizontal and vertical seams of superimposed floor after in-situ cast. Prominent structural advantage and economy efficiency of new type of Bubble slab system developed by lattice girder were emphasized when the system is used in large-span structure. The diversity of the application of lattice girder was reflected through the introduction of development process of lattice girder structure overseas. And design method and key points in superimposed floor were listed in accordance with foreign studies of performances of superimposed slab standardized temporary support system and floor properties in horizontal and vertical seams, which can provide reference for future application and research.
