冷弯薄壁C形钢梁弯曲变形分析

(1 西安建筑科技大学土木工程学院,西安 710055; 2 河南省电力勘测设计院,郑州 450007)[摘要]对13根Q235冷弯薄壁型钢卷边槽形截面简支梁试件的试验进行了变形性能分析,结果表明:北美规范按最大弯矩控制截面计算有效截面刚度进行变形分析偏保守;我国冷弯薄壁型钢技术规范按毛截面计算(相当于等截面、等刚度梁分析)偏于不安全。因此通过对该试验的数据进行参数分析,提出了一个变形计算公式中较合理的折减系数。[关键词]冷弯薄壁;卷边槽形钢梁;有效截面Research on reduction factor in the deformation formula of cold-formed steel beamsMiao Erping1, Liu Xiaofeng2, Peng Yiliang2(1 School of Civil Engineering, Xi’an University of Architecture and Technology, Xi’an 710055, China;2 Henan Electric Power Survey and Design Institute,Zhengzhou 450007, China)Abstract:The deformation behavior of a total of thirteen Q235 cold-formed lipped channel simple beams under bending has been studied. The results indicate that the deformation analysis under effective cross-section rigidity calculated by controlling the greatest moment was conservative according to the North American Specification, and the deformation calculated by gross section (equivalent to analysis equal a cross-section and stiffness beam) was unsafety according to the Chinese Specification.
