某烧结厂房屋盖系统垮塌分析研究

[摘要]某钢铁公司烧结厂房竣工使用仅一年,①~④轴屋盖系统突然垮塌。从原设计失误、屋面积灰荷载远超设计值、施工质量粗糙等方面入手,通过对垮塌部分受损变形的节点和构件进行调查,对未垮塌的⑤~轴屋盖及整个厂房排架柱进行检测,模拟垮塌时屋盖系统的杆件内力和变形情况,并与现场垮塌部位的杆件变形特点进行对比,分析厂房屋盖系统垮塌的原因。从厂房工艺特点出发,提出垮塌重建部分的荷载取值、结构形式和支撑体系等方面的建议,对未垮塌部分的加固方案进行优化。最后对厂房使用过程中屋面检修、清灰措施的制定作了思考。[关键词]烧结厂房; 排架结构; 钢屋架; 积灰荷载; 垮塌中图分类号:TU392.1 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1002-848X(2016)09-0105-04
Collapse analysis and study on roof system of a sintering plantLiu Jun, Dong Zhenping, Wang Yingsheng, Xu Qin, Su Mingzhou(College of Civil Engineering, Xi'an University of Architecture and Technology, Xi'an 710055, China)Abstract: A sintering plant in a steel company had been used for only one year when the roof system from axis ① to ④ suddenly collapsed. From the perspectives of original design errors, roof fouling load far more than the design value and the rough construction quality, damaged and deformed joints and components in collapsing part were investigated. Intact roof system from axis ⑤ to was detected as well as all of the bent frame columns. Component internal forces and deformation conditions of the roof system in collapse were simulated, and the component deformation characteristics were compared with that of components in collapsed region. The reasons for plant roof systems collapse were analyzed. From the technological features of the plant, suggestions were provided including load value selection of collapse reconstruction part, structural form and supporting system. Reinforcement scheme of intact part was optimized. At last, reflections were made on the roof maintenanceand dust cleaning measures in service process of the plant.Keywords: sintering plant; bent structure; steel roof truss; fouling load; collapse
