锈蚀对超期服役非对称截面钢格构柱受力性能影响研究*

[摘要]基于超期服役钢结构厂房现场检测数据,研究了锈蚀对非对称截面钢格构柱受力性能的影响。根据PKPM软件弹性阶段内力计算结果,运用ABAQUS软件对考虑不同锈蚀深度的钢格构柱按三种锈蚀方式进行非线性数值分析,探究其承载力的衰减规律。根据锈蚀破坏形态、极限荷载-锈蚀深度(Pu-D)和锈蚀荷载轴向位移(P-s)曲线可知,随锈蚀深度D的增加,Pu-D曲线出现分界点,破坏形态发生改变,当腹板参与锈蚀,且锈蚀深度D≥4mm时钢格构柱发生有脆性特征的破坏;与翼缘锈蚀相比,在构件屈曲中起支撑作用的腹板锈蚀对钢格构柱危害更大;翼缘单面锈蚀深度D≤3mm、腹板锈蚀深度D≤1mm时,钢格构柱极限荷载、塑性性能均有所提高和改善;最后提出临界锈蚀深度概念,可用于结构状态监测和维修加固。

Research on influence of corrosion on mechanical behavior of extended service steel lattice column with asymmetrical cross-section

Abstract: Based on field testing data of extended service steel structure workshop, the influence of corrosion on mechanical behavior of extended service steel lattice column with asymmetrical cross-section was studied. According to the PKPM's internal force calculation results of the columns in elastic stage, the software of ABAQUS was used to conduct nonlinear numerical analyses on steel lattice columns with different corrosion depths using three kinds of corrosion methods to research the attenuation law of bearing capacity. On the basis of corrosion failure patterns, the ultimate load-corrosion depth (Pu-D) and corrosion load-axial displacement (P-s) curves, it reaches conclusions as follows: with the increase of the corrosion depth D, there appears cut-off point in Pu-D curve and failure pattern changes, and the steel lattice column has characteristics of brittle failure when web is involved in corrosion and corrosion depth D≥4mm; compared with the flange corrosion, web corrosion acting supporting role in the component buckling is far more damaging to steel lattice column; when the flange's single side corrosion depth D≤3mm and the web corrosion depth D≤1mm, the ultimate load and the plastic properties of steel lattice column are developed and improved in some extent; finally, the concept of critical corrosion depth was put forward for structural condition monitoring, maintenance and reinforcement.
