天津周大福中心雨棚索-钢管混凝土柱节点性能分析

[摘要]天津周大福中心的雨棚采用悬挑索结构,拉索与钢管混凝土柱的连接节点设计是雨棚设计的重要内容。为了使两者可靠连接,提出了两种索-钢管混凝土柱节点的构造形式。运用有限元方法分析了两种节点构造形式的受力性能,对比了两种节点的失效模式、承载力和应力分布。结果表明,两种节点的失效模式均为销轴孔壁承压破坏,通过改变耳板的厚度和销轴的直径可以调整节点的承载力。通过比较,设计荷载下节点A中钢管和混凝土的应力水平低于节点B。对节点A进行了进一步的优化以满足工程应用要求,并提出了一般的索钢管混凝土柱节点构造建议。

Performance analysis of cableconcrete filled steel tube connection in canopy of Tianjin CTF Finance Centre

Abstract: Cantilevered cable structure is employed in the canopy of Tianjin CTF Finance Centre, and the design of cable-concrete filled steel tube connection is an important part of the design of this canopy. To get a reliable performance, two connection forms were introduced, and finite element models were built to analyze and compare the failure mode, resistance and strain distribution of each connection form. According to the results, the failure modes of both connections are bearing failure, and the resistance of the connection can be adjusted by changing the thickness of the pin connected plate or the diameter of the pin. The stress level of concrete and steel tube under design load in connection A is lower than that in connection B, thus a further optimization was conducted for connection A to satisfiy the requirement in practice, and a reconmmended configuration is proposed for this connection type.
