招商银行深圳分行大厦主塔楼结构抗震性能化设计

[摘要]招商银行深圳分行大厦主塔楼结构高度为160.2m,外框架存在两次斜柱转换,高位转换以下采用钢管混凝土柱、钢梁框架+钢筋混凝土核心筒,高位转换以上采用钢筋混凝土柱+钢筋混凝土梁+钢筋混凝土核心筒结构体系。采用SATWE,MIDAS/Building软件对结构进行了整体计算和弹性时程分析,采用ABAQUS软件对结构进行了大震弹塑性分析;采用ANSYS软件对斜柱转换进行了节点分析,对底部跃层柱进行了屈曲分析。计算结果表明,结构各项指标均满足规范相关要求,最后通过概念设计对关键和重要构件作了适当加强,在构造措施方面亦作了相应处理,整体结构满足小震不坏,中震下主要构件不屈服、震后可以修复,大震不倒塌的抗震设防目标。

Performance-based seismic design for the main tower of China Merchants Bank (Shenzhen Branch) mansion

Abstract: The main tower of China Merchants Bank (Shenzhen Branch) mansion has 160.2m structural height featured by two inclined column transfers in the exterior frame. Concrete filled steel tubular columns, steel beams and RC corewall structural system is adopted under the high-level transfer. Above the high-level transfer, RC columns, RC beams and RC corewall structural system is adopted. Programs of SATWE and MIDAS/Building were used for the integral calculation and elastic time-history analysis on the structure. ABAQUS program was adopted to conduct elasto-plastic analysis under the rare earthquake. Software ANSYS was used to conduct joint analysis on inclined column transfer and buckling analysis on the skip-floor columns. The calculation results show that all the indices of the structure can meet the relevant specification requirements. Finally, key and important elements were strengthened via concept design. Some structural details were adopted to make sure that the structure meets the seismic fortification goals of"overall structure is not damaged under the frequent earthquake, main components are not yielding and repairable after the earthquake, and overall structure is not collapsed".
