高烈度区某超高层结构抗震设计

[摘要]建筑高度为275m的喀什国际免税广场采用框架角撑外筒框架支撑内筒的全钢结构体系。通过比较混合结构、钢结构方案得出,高烈度区的超高层结构采用钢结构方案是科学合理的,强外筒结构设计经济性和结构性能均较好,调整结构布置可以实现内外筒地震剪力基本平衡,优化加强层构件断面、提高加强层相邻层竖向构件的钢材材质可减小刚度突变的危害。

Seismic design of super high-rise structure in high seismic intensity region

Abstract: Kashi International Duty-free Plaza building with 275m architectural height adopts a steel structural system of outer tube with corner braced frame-inner tube with braced frame. Based on comparison of hybrid structure scheme and steel structure scheme, it concludes that it is scientific and reasonable to adopt steel structure scheme in high seismic intensity region. Economy and structural properties of strong outer tube structure are well. Adjustment of the structure arrangement can achieve the basic balance of seismic shear forces between inner and outer tubes. The harm of stiffness mutation can be reduced through optimization of component sections in strengthening layer and improvement of the steel material properties of vertical components in layers adjacent to the strengthening layers.
