软土深基坑开挖对孤岛型古建筑的保护实例

[摘要]基于对软土深基坑工程中孤岛型古建筑的保护要求,在古建筑周围采用SMW工法桩+多道圈梁+坑底高压旋喷桩加固的支护方式,并采用连系梁将孤岛的支护体系与外围大基坑支护体系进行连接。采用PLAXIS 有限元计算程序,对基坑开挖各施工工况进行模拟。并在基坑开挖全过程中,采用信息化施工,对古建筑进行了全方位的跟踪监测。有限元分析结果和监测数据表明,该支护方式有效地控制了孤岛型古建筑的变形。该支护方式值得在今后类似工程中推广使用。

Example for the protection of isolated island type ancient architecture in soft soil deep foundation pit excavation

Abstract: Based on the protection requirement of isolated island type ancient architecture in soft soil deep foundation pit excavation, the supporting scheme around the ancient architecture was adopted including soil mixing wall working method piles, multiple lines of ring beams and high pressure jet grouting piles under the pit. Besides, linked beams were set to connect the supporting system of the isolated island type ancient architecture and the peripheral supporting system of the foundation pit. The finite element calculating program of PLAXIS was used to simulate all construction working conditions. In the whole process of foundation pit excavation, information-based construction was adopted to conduct full range tracking and monitoring of the ancient architecture. Finite element analysis results and the monitoring data show that the deformation of isolated island type ancient architecture was controlled effectively by the proposed supporting method, and it is worthy to be popularized in the similar projects.
