某高位转换超限高层办公楼结构设计与分析

[摘要]中和镇府河地块·嘉年华二期商业项目中的超高层办公塔楼,为高位转换超限结构,房屋高度为115.950m,属B级高度。介绍了结构体系、结构性能分析等内容。基于抗震性能设计方法,采用YJK和ETABS软件对此结构进行了多遇地震作用下的弹性分析,采用YJK软件进行了设防烈度地震作用下关键构件的性能分析,采用STRAT软件进行了罕遇地震作用下的弹塑性时程分析。分析结果表明,结构可满足预定的抗震性能目标。

Structural design and analysis on a high-level transferred out-of-codes high-rise office building

Abstract: The super high-rise office tower building of second phase of Carnival Commercial Project of Fuhe Plot in Zhonghe Town is a high-level transferred out-of-codes structure with the height of 115.950m, and it belongs to B-level height building. The structural system and structural performance analysis were introduced. Based on the performance-based seismic design method, YJK and ETABS programs were used to carry out elastic analysis under frequent earthquake. YJK program was used to conduct the performance analysis of key members under fortification earthquake. STRAT program was used to carry out elastic-plastic time-history analysis under rare earthquake. The analysis results show that the structure can meet expected seismic performance targets.
