大连天安金马中心项目超高层结构设计

[摘要]大连天安金马中心项目地上44层,地下3层,采用全落地剪力墙结构。从结构体系、前期分析、计算分析等方面详细介绍了超高层结构设计的设计依据和实施过程,通过拟定合理的性能目标,采用了多种计算分析软件分别进行了小震反应谱分析、小震弹性时程分析、中震不屈服验算、中震弹性验算、大震作用下的静力弹塑性分析和动力弹塑性分析。研究结果表明,采用多种软件对结构进行计算分析,并采用相应的构造加强措施,可以达到预期的性能目标。[关键词]超高层建筑; 性能目标; 抗震计算; 弹性时程分析; 弹塑性时程分析中图分类号:TU318,TU973 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1002-848X(2016)08-0018-05

Accordance of super high-rise building and structural design process were introduced in detail by ways of structural system analysis, preliminary analysis and calculation analysis. By proposing reasonable performance objectives, various calculation and analysis programs were used to carry out overall structure analysis including response spectrum analysis under the frequent earthquake, elastic time-history analysis under the frequent earthquake, non-yielding checking calculation under the moderate earthquake, elastic checking calculation under the moderate earthquake, static elastic-plastic analysis and dynamic elastic-plastic analysis under the rare earthquake. The results indicate that the structure can achieve the expected performance objectives by using different kinds of calculation and analysis programs as well as proper structural strengthening measures.Keywords: high-rise building; performance objective; seismic calculation; elastic time-history analysis; elastic-plastic time-history analysis
