铸钢结构设计与工程应用*

[摘要]以国内的两座铸钢结构为背景,从建筑结构角度出发,基于有限元分析,结合我国现行的CECS规程《铸钢节点应用技术规程》(CECS 235∶2008),以及在编的JGJ规程《铸钢结构技术规程》,通过流程图从几何造型设计、工艺设计和力学性能分析和校核计算三方面总结了铸钢结构设计方法。将流程图展开,从结构设计角度对铸钢结构的设计进行了详细分析。所总结的铸钢结构设计方法可以满足铸钢结构的设计要求,且为在编的JGJ规程《铸钢结构技术规程》的编制提供了依据。

Design and application of cast steel structure

Abstract: Based on two domesticcast steel structures and the finite element analysis, with theperspective of building structure, combined with the current CECS specification: Technical specification for application of connections of structural steel casting(CECS 235∶2008)and the compiled JGJ specification: Technical specification for cast steel structure, cast steel structure design method was summarized by flowchartfrom the geometric modeling design, process design, mechanical analysis and checking calculation. Unfolding the flow chart, the design of cast steel structure was analyzed in detail from the structure design point. The summarized design method can satisfy the need of cast steel design, and it also support the compiled JGJ specification: Technical specification for cast steel structure.
