屋面设置发射塔的超高层结构设计*

[摘要]近年来,屋面设置较大高度标志塔的超高层建筑日益增多,需要重点考量的因素包括鞭梢效应、风振及抗震研究、主塔结构体系及塔脚节点构造等。常州现代传媒中心主塔58层,建筑高度(屋面)245m之上另设置88m高度钢结构发射塔,探讨了该工程的抗震设防及弹性动力参数的选取;考虑鞭梢效应,对结构的基底剪力、位移等进行分析。罕遇地震分析结果表明,框架-核心筒混合结构体系具有良好的抗震性能。在考虑塔脚性能时,需要注意加强插入混凝土部分的钢结构。

Structural design of the super high-rise building with a launching tower on the roof

Abstract: In recent years, there are more and more super high-rise buildings setting the symbolic tower of large height on the roof. The key factors that should be considered including whipping effect, wind vibration and seismic resistance researches, main tower structural system and tower footing joint structure. The main tower of Changzhou Modern Media Center has 58 layers and there is a 88m high steel structure launching tower on the building height (roof) of 245m. Selections of the seismic fortification and elastic dynamic parameters of the project were discussed. The whipping effect was considered in analysis on the base shear force, displacement and other parameters of the structure. The analysis results under rare earthquake show that the frame-corewall hybrid structure has good seismic performance. When considering the performance of the tower footing, attention should be paid to strengthening of the steel structure that is penetrated into the concrete part.
