南宁万科大厦北塔结构设计

[摘要]南宁万科大厦北塔造型独特,架空层层高为19.8m,三个落地剪力墙筒和三片剪力墙支撑起整个建筑,上部采用框架-剪力墙结构,所有框架柱通过4层高的转换桁架转换,给结构设计带来很大挑战。着重介绍这个特殊结构体系的构建过程及其抗震性能化设计情况,螺旋形落地筒、斜墙、扁担墙、转换桁架及复杂节点的分析与设计,及混凝土徐变、收缩、温度效应和施工顺序等对结构变形、重要构件内力的影响。分析表明,上述转换结构体系安全可靠。

Structural design of North tower of Nanning Vanke Building

Abstract: North tower of Nanning Vanke Building has a unique shape with open floor height of 19.8m. There are three floor shearwall tubes and three pieces of shearwalls to support the whole building. Upper part of the building adopts frame-shearwall structure, and all frame columns are transferred by four-story high transfer truss, which is a great challenge to the structural design. Design conditions were mainly introduced including the construction process of the special structural system, performance-based seismic design, analysis and design of the spiral floor shearwall tube, inclined shearwall, carrying-pole shearwall, transfer trusses and complex joints, and the influences of concrete creep, shrinkage, temperature effect and the construction sequence on the structural deformation and the internal forces of key members. Analysis shows that the transfer structure system is safe and reliable.
